I will tell you about my 7 rules that I follow to maintain and improve my health.
The last straw for me was a spinal injury I suffered during athletic training and I decided to radically change my approach to physical activity. Right now I'm rebuilding my back with yoga and calisthenics. I do a little kettlebell fitness, so far with light weights and in movements that don't cause me back pain and discomfort.
I formed my 7 rules a long time ago, but honestly, I broke them from time to time, and last year I did it quite seriously. Gaining mass, and consequently over-eating. Training for results, which eventually triggered the injury.

Now I understand very well that the main result of my training is to strengthen my body and improve my health. This is what I will continue to work on and share my findings, achievements and results with you. I will continue to develop kettlebell fitness, I will also actively develop kalisthenics and yoga. Together these disciplines will allow me to be healthy, aesthetic and functional enough.
