If u don't mind , try this out 跳绳100下 , 30 次 开合跳 跳绳100下,30 次提膝盖 跳绳100下,30次胯下击掌 跳绳100下,30次深蹲 4 set , this really work , I been doing this for a week (Translate it into english)
