Kelly Bello bro force yourself to look people in the eye I would say it would solve 90% of your social anxiety issues, it can’t make it worse once it’s over because the way the brain works with anxiety is if you do something that scares you and you leave unharmed, your brain will almost immediately get used to it. Sky diving the second time is probably way easier than it is the first.

Tbh all you need as a guy to improve your attractiveness quickly is some consitent excerise and better dressing and hygenie habits. Once I learned what to wear, started putting on muscle and cleaning myself up, it was a night and day difference

This was really eye opening. I’ve spent a lot of years in my head, assuming I was just not attractive at all....(and was cool with that) When strangers give me eye contact, which happens often, I took it as if they were “eyeballing” me, and took it offensively.... When people get physically closer to me and engage, I took it as invasion of my personal space. And when people are somewhat touchy, I found it off putting... I’ve been in social situations where I’m asked a ton of questions, and I never took it as interest, but as being nosy and intrusive. This video makes me think that I was totally ass-backwards with my opinions of people and the energy they gave me. Wow 😳

I think I can relate to almost all the points you've mentioned here... Except the touchy thing..like yeah some real close people(grls) do that to me....but it's not something that I can relate to.. And Im 22 , 6ft2 , long haired dude... Got my bachelors in civil engineering... But currently working for an entry level job.wanting to go for abroad.. I am in my late 40's now and even to this day, i constantly get complimented by both women on my looks. I've been fortunate i guess and when i dress up, it only becomes more frequent. Ive had so many women throughout my life try to hit on me and this holds especially true, if you are attached in some way, shape or form. I've had women catcall me on a few occasions but i don't have an explosive dm as i am not a big fan of anything to do with social media.

Most of these apply to me and no-fap and working out have done this. Most people in here say this video makes them depressed but maybe they need a lifestyle change. Stop living in your head and be present! Edit: I was waiting in some hallway before class one day and there were a bunch of benches against the walls, one of which I was waiting on. Some girl came out of no where and sat on the same bench as me despite there being a bunch of empty benches around. Huge confidence booster. I’m just trying to remain humble, but these events make me feel real good lol.
