where was this when I needed it. One last add on tip id add is when you are first learning to focus on trying to get your head in front of your risers as you come in and flair. some harnesses/hang points scoop you up a little and as a beginner- promote butt landing or killing confidence since your feet want to be in front of you more than below you. This tip (I heard from judson somewhere actually) was the one thing that got me landing on my feet finally in my first few hours

kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f5qTpMiXtKutmJc.html Dude you’re totally right about landing downwind. i took off and flew about 90 minutes and landed the same direction. the wind had shifted. the wind sock was flat but there was maybe 1-2mph wind from behind me and i face planted.
