Hi thanks for the help. I have changed heating coil. Now it works. But during heating mode or when not sparking, there is smoke coming out form coil. When i hit the apaking button then smoke deaappears but once i atop sparking. Smoke atarts again. What should i do?

Hey, I have a cold sparkler that works perfectly fine on the low but not on the high setting. Any thoughts as to why? All motors and fan turn when testing.

During an event, I'm not sure yet but I think a kid threw a small disposable wooden spoon piece inside the machine. Do you think this would be an issue in the future? or the heating element would have burnt it. thanks

I think this is a serious problem, if it is true, get the foreign body out as soon as possible.

After my units heat up at 550 and they wont remain around 550 or 500 but will keep dropping to 200

hi may spark machine is not h Heating up it firts time the fuse burt up and now is not heating up it showing E57 and all so FdF and now Fd2

the chain is not working (rotating) and no sparks comes out. I did what you suggested in the video but I still have the same problem . What can I do? I bought the machine yesterday 6/April/2021

sorry to hear that. There have few reasons that might cause this kind of problem, like motor damaged or chain got stuck. May I know your number? need to get more details to figure out.

Usually when I used three machines at the same time the sparks went together from the 3 machines but recently they went out one after the other. What should I do to make them spark simultaneously?

You need to set the DMX address to the same one, like DMX001, connect the signal cables together

¿Se ha probado la placa calefactora recién reemplazada para ver si puede funcionar correctamente? Si la placa calefactora está normal, puede haber un problema con el elemento calefactor o la sonda de temperatura.

Hello sir, please help me on my problem on spark machine, my machine can not automaticaly stop the heating,it goes continous heating till gets overheating, i change all the parts, main board, heating plate board, heater,.. when i press the close on the remote spark comes out then the timer of heating on the screen is decreasing

The heating reach 500 on count but does not stop and not telling on the screen for signal steady green,it keeps on blinking on green then counting goes continue til overheating

Hi, i used all your tips from your videos but my machine still doesn't shoot correctly, it only shoots few sparkles and sometimes when in full throttle from fan, doesnt shoot at all. Again i have tried every tips in your video.

Hey, my display is not coming on the machine works for daisy chain but the machine it self don’t work heat up or anything I have changed the fuse as it blown out 3 times consistently the display just didn’t come on. What’s the easiest way to pour out the remaining powder as it doesn’t come out easily

Hello, if there is only a small amount of powder remaining, you can directly press the clean button to clean it up. If there is a large amount, you can only turn the machine upside down to pour out the powder. There is no better way to pour out the powder. We are improving it.

My machine sounds loud when it is heating up in the same way as when the particles are fired.

@@MOKASFX when it is energized, the fans turn on and that is the normal noise, then when the dmx signal is sent to heat the turbine sounds as if it were throwing particles but the normal thing is that while it is heating, only the starting fans continue to sound.
