really simple,download cronometer let it set your goals. cut for as long as possible. its going to be tough to get used to it. and just when you wanna stop eat 300 calories above maintenance for a week.

I’m genuinely surprised these sort of videos still exist because this guy and a lot of other self improvement channels say the same shit and it’s 99% common sense. I understand most of this audience is probably 20 and below but most of these channels are grifters. They take advantage of young or lost men and try to sell them products using men’s self improvement as a facade. This guy doesn’t seem like he does that and looks a bit more genuine compared to other channels, but all I’m saying is don’t get stuck in the loop of watching these type of videos. Actually go out and start applying the things you’ve learned. Truthfully we all know what the right thing to do is but choose not to, so watching these videos make you feel like you’re doing something when really you’re not. Drink water, eat healthy, work out and be social. That’s all you’ll ever need and don’t need these sort of guys to keep telling you it while also promoting Tiege Hanley and manscaped 😂

As a skinny guy who is a hard gainer, I need to eat a lot of carbs to gain any weight. So yes it may make me slightly more bloated in the moment but long term increasing my carbs has finally allowed me to reach 150+ (I was around 130 most my life 5’11)
