There’s nothing wrong with getting older. With age comes experience and wisdom, and often times a bit more self-confidence. Of course, as you get older, you start to look older. For many guys, these signs of aging firs t show up in our skin and hair.

Great video but the only thing I would disagree with is #6 because whether or not wearing glasses makes a person look older also depends on the type/style of the glasses since nowadays they tend to be more of a reflection of people's personality/overall style rather than solely a piece or eyesight correction.

Exactly!...the right pair of up to date frames can make an older dude look great and stylish...adding a light gray tint to them can look really sharp too. Eyeglasses can be a great plus on many guys if they choose them correctly.

Great video, excellent advice. I may age, but I refuse to grow old. I’m 66. I stay fit, stay active, stay stylish, and stay curious. There’s always something new to learn, explore, and experience. People tell me I appear younger than I am. I like that.

you mentioned it but didn't list it. excercising or working out really does help you look and feel younger. i just started working out a couple years ago and looking over my older photos, i look years younger from bulking up. i also have more energy. all others on list are right on as usual

Good exterior tips but don't forget about the inside! Sunscreen, skin care, diet and exercise will also keep you looking younger

As a mature man (61), I have tried just for men's hair dye and I got an allergic reaction several years ago, hence I will try the shampoo. As for #6, it is not the glasses that would make you older, it is the matter of the frames in regards to design and size that can accentuate your face to give you more of a younger appeal.

The clean shave works for some guys, but some guys don't have a perfect face under that beard...I do think if you have facial hair it looks best when clipped shorter....but not every guy has the face for the clean shave look...and actually they look better with some facial hair.

Just for men is good. I do actually use the beard one. After a while you can be creative and leave some subtle grey exactly where you want it.

I disagree with the Daniel Craig take. He definitely looks better and younger with a beard. He kind of has an old looking face to begin with, and the beard helps to conceal that to some degree. Now, he doesn't look "young" with the beard, especially with the grey, but I would say he does look younger.

Helping my husband look younger- hair dye, botox, teeth whitener, and he lost weight, and put on muscles. But he already had a great build, and a full head of hair.

My advise base on my experience when you got older is lose your weights to your ideal weights, it's really a game changer especially to your health, during covid me (almost 50) and my father (almost 80) we both tracked our food and exercises everyday ( just walking) for a year to get to our ideals weights, he lost 17 kg and i lost 32 (yeah i was that big 😅).... And we always get complements everywhere we go..... Although we primarily do that for our health and being youthful is a very nice bonus 😇

Congratulations that is a huge accomplishment and even more memorable when done with your father. Did you just walk for exercise or did you also use the gym/other exercises? I'm 38 and want to drop about 15 kg by 40 in 19 months.

I like how these videos are not the typical "influencer" content. Some of these guys seem to try and put themselves shirtless as much as possible. Like "look how beautiful I am!" I like the content and lack of ego.

Colouring the greys out looks like I’m trying too hard. Now I grow my salt n pepper hair longer. Also wear clear frames with steel n black temples. My brown skin helps with a Mediterranean look. Loosing weight definitely gives you more style options

Gotta dye the eyebrows as well or subconsciously people pick up on the hair dye. Generally you want the eyebrows one shade darker than the hair on your head. Nothing makes you look older than jet black hair with thinning/fading brows lol.

Sometimes nothing makes a guy look older than coloring his hair at all...no matter what color he buys....and many times what makes a guy look great is his graying or silver hair.

Agree with everything except for the glasses. If you have bags under your eyes that make you look older glasses can definitely help to cover that up.

That hair dye is probably more suitable for younger guys who turn grey "prematurely". An older guy with no grey hair looks like he's trying too hard, it looks artificial. Regarding sneakers, Converse will work too. Those are timeless to begin with and still have a cool vibe regardless of age.

@@jerrywilkjr.6698 The funny thing is that most people tend to think that they look younger than they are. And usually the dyed hair looks like it's obviously dyed.

@@MrClassicmetal That probably is true in a lot of cases. However, there is a reason that people like Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, and Brad Pitt do not let their hair go grey. If they had grey hair, they probably wouldn't be seen as fit enough to do action movies. Some people really do look great with grey hair, but no matter how young their faces look, they are still going to look older with it.

@@jerrywilkjr.6698 I'm not sure about Cruise, but Reeves and Pitt do have strands of grey in their hair and beard. And it suits them. They may have dyed their hair, but if so it's done professionally and it looks natural. Most guys who dye their hair don't go that route, resulting in that harsh contrast. Which is especially apparent in real life.

Some guys do not have the perfect face for a clean shave look...it is good to keep facial hair clipped closer on older dudes, but many guys know they look better with facial hair rather than have a clean shaven face. Like all things its not "one size fits all"

Wow! I thought one should celebrate the mature look. I feel the those who dye their hair are escaping from reality and it easily shows incongruous with their other things like skin tone, etc and reveals they are trying too hard. I realize this one did do a good job in promoting "Just men". Love all your other videos!

Colored gray hair rarely looks natural to a maturely aged face, imho. Looking younger doesn't always mean better, btw.

Exactly...after a certain age a dude who colors his hair stands out much worse than if he did not color it and makes him look like he is trying to fool people. A guy who rocks the silver can look really strong.

Agreed. I've had grey hair since my 20's. I started using boxed hair color. As I got older, I went to a lighter shade. Now that I'm older than the dinosaurs, I use Control GX which lets me "control" the amount of grey I show. (It's basically a modern, improved version of Grecian Formula which turned some men's grey hair to a rusty orange shade.)

I refuse to subscribe to the notion of looking younger. There is nothing wrong with looking your age. There are some great looking older guys that look thier age. Being healthy is the most important thing.
