Hey Ric, say I'm a midfielder, I play holding mid, majority of my game is passing, receiving and turning. Cool, 10min Warmup Ballmastery Dribbling drills and controlling ball out of the air Then what should I do regarding the 15-20min first touch And what do you think a DM should be foucisng on? Thanks man really love your corn video really helped me

For the first touch part, do some varied wall passing drills(one touch, two touch, directional touches, turns, reverse passes, double passes) For position specific here are some drills I do as I am also a DM Turn and ping Tight control to short pass or ping Turn and short pass Touch and carry forward Turn and tight space skill Touch and long range finish Hope this helps 🙏

10 minute warm-up is too much imo, I only ever do 5 and then proceed with keep-ups for 15 minutes before my actual training
