Jennifer Sanchez captured footage of her daughter, Sofia, talking about her disorder for Down Syndrome Awareness Month. The adorable back-and-forth shows Sofia answering questions from her mother, calling herself "pretty," "smart" and "capable." Her inspiring videos have gotten thousands of views and share a message that Down syndrome is nothing to be scared of. #InsideEdition

My baby sister has down syndrome.. she had to have heart surgery at 2 weeks old and i thankgod everday for her❤ Shes 5 years old now and i couldnt ask for a better sister!
