Keep these videos coming man! I absolutely love the cp2 engine. I got a mt07 last November and I absolutely love it. This grom must be an animal to ride. You should get the plastic cover for the coolant reservoir. It would look that much cleaner. Very nice build!!!

Nice boss , I have a 2012 comp orange with a VMP Odin supercharger tuned by Lund. I wanted the gotta have it green but couldn’t find one at the time.

Sweet!! Wish I had the 2012 engine!! I’m running the Gen3R and 6R80 swapped mine! Always get compliments on the color! Lund is the way to go! Dakota that tuned mine had a 2012 TT Boss too!

How did you mount the engine ? Did you make a mount ? If so , could you do a video expaining and showing the parts and process?

Run your air shifter off of a 2.5lbs nitrous or co2 tank. You will get like 1000 shifts off of one tank.

I have an onboard compressor now. Don’t have to switch anything out or fill up a tank.

Hi, I'm new to your channel and I'm thinking about getting a Grom. I'm also thinking, once I get used to riding it.. to engine swap it. So I was curious.. do you offer paid engine swaps? If you don't you should consider it. :)

If someone wants their Grom built, I’ll gladly consider it. I’d really like to build them, then trade plus cash on their end for a stock Grom. Or if you bring me an engine and bike, I’d 100% be interested in doing that!

I felt an electric connection with one at the dealership, I want it so badly. :) I want to get used to the grom itself first then I want the engine to be beefier. I'm going to keep an eye on your channel ^^

There were these dudes who installed an mt07 engine on a grom and done some test drives but never really posted anything in their channel anymore.. changed the name to built by bailey and has been stagnant ever since.. hope you take the mantle and give us some 1/4 mile times 😅..

Yeah that’s Eric in AZ. I think the Grom community was super harsh to him and his build.. 😒 He actually helped me with the axle and I’ve watched all his videos like 20 times 😅 There’s an 1/8 mile drag strip 5 minutes from my house 😂 just got a insta 360 and I’ll have riding videos once I get it figured out!

It’s a parallel twin and it’s the Yamaha CP2

@@Grom_Swap_The_World-ni4yh They're still using parallel twin? Would have thought they'd change back to singles to keep up with Ducati since the MT/FZ are basically in the realms of dual-sports and hypermotards at this point It's ridiculous how small the CP2 engine is, even a Bandit 650S engine or my FZS 600 engine look enormous in comparison due to being inline-4 monsters :') That's what someone should put into a grom and actually do a video on it, not these small engines but a real engine, an inline-4 or V4... maybe a 3c pulled from Triumph's Daytona 675R ;)

I put an engine 6 times the stock size so I can only go 80% throttle, cause I don't want anything to happen? I think your going to have a lot going on weather you want to or not. Just my opinion. Get supoer fast Matt to take it for a ride and see what he thinks. He put a better engine in a Grom too. You'll probably have a lot in common. Great job on the install it looks like it was born a 700.

Only reason I haven’t gone full throttle or beat on it is because it’s still on the stock swingarm and axle. Which was what I was waiting for. Tearing it apart to do those 2 things and add a bigger/better fuel tank setup. It’s been 130mph and was stable as could be. Taken it on the highway and cruises 80mph. Should check out some of my KZfaq “shorts” videos. Only problem I’m gonna have is convincing people like you that it rides just fine!

You already did the hardest part which is following through with getting the video up. Keep churning them out. Invest in a tripod and microphone. It'll help. Giving you a sub to help grow your channel 🏕️
