Quick review and Installation of 72 inch Home Decorators (sold by Home Depot) DC motor Ceiling Fan. The fan is great value for a DC motor fan of this size. The fan is quiet and the air flow is pleasant.

I'm dying wanting to ask this question. What is that wired box (0:13) on the right side of the window? Is that a TV? Or, does it have more there? Also, I plan to buy a bigger fan and ours is squeeky now. I have a 52 inch, but it just doesn't give enough air. It's so hot in our bedroom that I am thinking of upgrading to a 72" inch (like yours).

I have 2 of these, one in living room and one in master. They both only work on the same channel on different remotes. Is there a way to force a channel on the fan itself? Like living room is channel 0 and master is channel 1?

Are there not dip switches inside the remote to change the channels?

@@BRichSolutionYes there is, I found out per the manual that you have to disconnect one fan from power to pair the remote to the one with power, then reconnect power to the other fan and pair the other remote. Very tedious. My hunter fans had a channel on the fan itself and the remote.

Is it possible to control it with the wall switch and not the remote?

A regular wall switch will turn on the fan and light at the last setting. You can buy upgraded wall switch to change light and speed

No. If you use a dimmer seitch it will ruin the rectifier or driver etc. these fans are junk. 2 in a month. Worst fan i have ever had. Fancy only matters if it works. It’s kinda like an iPhone , super fancy high speed internt. 6 camera lenses….. but you cannot make a phone call.

Had this fan for about four years and today it stopped working. Tried all the things suggested. Doesn't work anymore. Was hoping to get some insight

Yes same problem. Fan goes on and off all the time and now it stopped working. Used multiple remotes. This model sucks and now Home Depot no longer selling this

Fan hangs down about 12 inches no more that other fans
