I think the only time I use full stick movement is: Full rudder when doing a stall turn.

I guess this video is more relevant to people flying line of sight and doing aerobatics. That said, flying wings are not really cut out for doing Aerobatics IMO. For most FPV setups 50 l 50 is enough. An interesting video nonetheless Andrew. Today we had a similar day, zero wind and Sunshine with a high of 20C...felt like paradise TBH...😳😳😀🇬🇧

Your statement makes no sense. A change in the linkage geometry can double your throw for the same amount of servo travel. Saying 50/50 is "enough" means nothing, as you don't know how much actual control surface movement there is due to the linkage. Everyone always goes on about their rates as a percentage, but NOBODY talks about the linkage configuration or actual control surface throw.

@@scottyh72 It's not about the amount of mechanical throw. Obviously you can use linkage geometry to get huge throws. The Elevon mixing when using a FC is provided by the FC, not the TX....😏

@EnglishTurbines And? It's a mix. When the servo hits full travel, it stops. Just depends on when it does so vs stick position. Only time it's an issue is when you jam the stick into a corner. Same with ccpm mixing on helis.

@@scottyh72 You need to understand how the FC mixes Aileron and Elevator as opposed to a mix created by the TX...I'm guessing you've never used a Flight Controller....😏😏😏

Thank you... for THIS RECORDING, I share your joy. I also bought this wing not assembled yet because I'm waiting for the shipment: Radiolinka 9s pro and At10II transmitter, I don't know which one is better and also: Byme-D stabilizer, CrossFlight, Telemetry R12DS PRM-03. The video receiver transmitter is missing. I would like 1.3 or 2.4 Ghz because I'm afraid to use 5.xx gHz. Regards.
