They even explain the writing credits for each episode don't make much sense, she could've wrote the story but the plot was put together by marder, rosell, or even one of or a combination of Rob, Glen, and Charlie. Your opinion did nothing to change how I feel about the show and those involved, especially since the episodes you mentioned are most enjoyable. I hope you find better ways to express yourself.

If anyone is interested, I just wanted to say that Glenn is spot on when he says that surnames often originate from what you used to do for a living. OREFICE is a fairly common Italian surname AND word that describes a person who is an artisan jeweller, as 'oro' in Italian means 'gold', and 'facere' is the Latin word for 'to do/make'. The pronunciation of 'orefice' in Italian (mind the E in orEfice) is nothing like the one of 'orifice' in English BUT, in Italian we do have the word 'orifizio' that is actually the literal translation of it, meaning a small hole or cavity, so I guess everything comes full orifice... I mean circle

Idea for episode: A DMV episode would be fun context for the gang. ..Frank does need a new license…and it is a somewhat sacred place for Dennis, essential for proof of legal age. Maybe a DMV scheme where Dennis has convinced the gang that some new requirement for license is un-American, but the real motivation is the new change makes it harder for him to verify proof of legal age. As they try to get Frank a new license, it is slowly revealed that no one in the gang has a valid license for various reasons (e.g., expired, lost, Dee still uses a fake to be younger by a few years "zingingCutie23" throwback).Something about using a fake not for alcohol but just to be a few years younger seems sad and funny. Mac needs to find birth certificate to get new ID, finds out he isn't from Philadelphia (or maybe a Mac storyline, so now he isn't Irish or from Philadelphia, more identity confusion).

I have read a lot of nonsense about Rob lately in comments (Reddit has been the worst). Personally I appreciate the fact that Rob tries to address problems in the group and even within himself. The creative team that doesn't do this won't last a year much less 16+ seasons. Besides, people really need to remember we are getting this great content FOR FREE. Want to see this content end? Keep complaining. Anyways to the Sunny gang, thanks so much for doing these podcasts!

The new season is fucking funny. Idk if it's in my head, because it's the highest quality possible on hulu, but the eps look like theyre filmed on an older camera which I am loving. Plus, the quality of the eps are so good. One of the best seasons in a minute

I noticed a few episodes back the same thing on a 4k HDR TV where there was a certain point some episodes they didn't put sauce on to look old with new tech, then most episodes the sauce on it. I could be wrong but I thought they talked about that on the podcast episode discussing the episode mac comes out to his dad

i agree! season 16 is so funny and if i remember correctly, glenn mentioned on a podcast episode before that they did try to downgrade the quality of the footage thats why this seasons seems to be a bit darker compared to the last few seasons so that's great to see!

I wonder which producers Charlie was thinking of when he commented about there being a lot of fake ones in hollywood. It sounded specific so im guessing it was from his movie Fool’s Paradise. And he seemed to have a little bit of an edge when he commented about it so I’m wondering if he somewhat blames one of the producers or multiple for the movie flopping.
@mollymcdade4031
@mollymcdade4031 9 ай бұрын
I find the reception of Fool’s Paradise fascinating, because it definitely didn’t find its audience, had very little PR and got pulled from cinemas really quickly. Considering far worse movies have had more advertising, kinder reviews and more cinema time I would say it’s got to be partially on the producers for failing to market the movie to the right people.

I wonder if they'll consider the Christmas episode part of season five when they talk about it. I hope so. I never liked that the Christmas episode is placed as the season finale of season 6 when it was meant to be the season finale of season 5.

Yeah it was released on DVD between Mac and Dennis Break Up and The DENNIS System so technically they’ve already passed it up release date-wise. The fact that it aired a season later makes the continuity issue of Mac’s moms house still existing after it had already burnt down and she had already moved in with Bonnie.
