Then you haven't been looking. Sylvester Stallone is 77 and is way bigger. Technically one year younger, but yeah.. he is just one of many examples. Ernie does look very young for his age though, but he isn't even close to packing anywhere near the amount of muscle mass some other people in his age has.

I recently joined a gym and this is beyond inspiring. Having a lifelong commitment to eating clean and making sure to get enough exercise is probably the biggest factor in retaining your quality of life as we age. Watching Ernie in this condition at his age is jaw-dropping. That man will outlive us all at this rate. Amazing guy!

I like how they showed him “young” in Miss Congeniality. He looked 30 and was actually 58 😂. When he did Ghostbusters he looked 40. 40 years later, he looks 50. He’s in crazy shape for 78, wow

Forget about diets, forget about influencers that promote new protein shakes and stuff. This guy is a clear example of what to do. keep an eye on how much you eat. Try to eat healthy , but also allowed yourself to enjoy a meal you are craving, and stay active. Balance!

And Ernie also seems to adhere to daily Intermittent Fasting: he said he doesn't eat until around noon and stops eating at about 7pm. He eats healthily, with his diet primarily constituting high-protein, low-carb food, with plentiful vegetables of different colours to provide many vitamins and minerals.
