The 7th Assam Rifles solemnly commemorated the 33rd anniversary of Operation Dudhi on Sunday, a significant chapter in the nation’s counter terrorism efforts, which unfolded in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir on May 5, 1991.
Soldiers hailing from various regions of India and Nepal converged at the Battalion in Ghaspani to share their experiences.

Because its is paramilitary force, which comes under the ministry of home affairs, Only traning and rank will get from Army's. Assam rifles is only paramilitary force which comes under the ministry of home and defence.
