It had that slamming and wiper play until last weekend during a downpour they stopped working and got stuck halfway up my screen. Had to pull over LOL. When removing the arm, lower the hood and take the spring tension off of the wipers, prying is not recommended

is there a way to remove new bushings and put them in other parts. They no longer sell the arm I need for the 5th gen accords, but I was able to get my hands on the other arm that came with the bushings. I just need to transplant them.
