I like how Erwan teaches us how easy it is to cook salad (the healthy edition). Growing up in 🇵🇭 the only salads I know are macaroni, fruit, and buko. Lol! 😂

I tried the pesto sauce and omg it is the best thing ever!! Definitely should try! I didn’t have pine nuts so I used cashews and it worked like magic

This is how i made some stuff too, play it by the ear, just add a bit of this and that and adjust accordingly. Easy and quick to make and i love salads too 👍🏻
