8 MIN STRONG & TONED ABS WORKOUT at home with core sliders
Slide your way into a 6-pack, strong & toned abs with this 8-minute workout. Core sliders add a great challenge to your body by creating instability. Don't have core sliders? No worries! Use hand towels for a hard floor surface or paper plates on carpet. Focus on leading each exercise with your abdominal muscles. It's the mind & body connection that will help get to that abs burn and strengthen your mid-section. Push through it, you won't regret it!

Sliders are such a good prop for an abs workout. So eight minutes can get very challenging. Great workout, Anouline!
