Try this hip opening and balance yoga flow, with the full follow along video! Get around it and start today, because future you will be so grateful for the work today you puts in 🤍
The flow starts at 18 seconds, and is complete by 8 minutes 30 seconds, so it's right around that 8 minute mark. You can play the video sped up or slowed down based on your requirements, and make sure to only choose the poses that are right for you and your practice 🙏
If you would like a longer warm up, you can do a short one before starting the video, and if you would like a longer practice you can repeat the video 2+ times 🥰
