We met David last November when this was just about to be planned out. After a few chats we decided to use a Nexus 320 and a Bead on skimmer. However David made the decision to go even bigger so another Nexus 320 was installed and 2 bottom drains.
The pond is 8000 Gallons and is run via 2 4" Bottom drains, plus a skimmer running a 24" K1 Micro Bead.
A pond which is conventional at all in the way its built, just shows what you can do!
2 x Nexus 320's

That is a very big Pond. Congratulations to David. I'm loving the Filter house idea that is being built, that is exactly what I would do for my future Pond. 👍

Hi been waiting for some to mention a window, I have a simplistic view on windows, Koi have been breed to be viewed from above and don’t look as good side on and also I don’t think I could cope with all the cleaning a window would demand LOL

Great video. I'm the proud owner of a whopping 60 gallon patio pond with two shubunkins lol. I've been enjoying the pond tour but you spend very little time on the actual fish. I'd be interested in knowing what type of koi each one is, the cost of the particular fish or rough cost for one of that type and age and all that stuff. Cheers
