@@jimdavenport4484 Who cares about Net Worth? Michael once paid 85m for a yacht that he had to sell for way lesser money because of seasickness. Everyone in USA wants to reduce their 'net worth' in order to pay less taxes. It's never a 'stat' that tells you about how rich someone is.

This is far and away the most incredible house you've had on this channel! It's crazy that after seeing so many insane houses for outlandish prices, this home seems like a steal for under $100m in comparison! The attention to detail and classic architecture is simply amazing.

There is so much symbolism in everything in this house. The owner is defs not Christian, Muslim, Islam. 100% Khazarian descent, perhaps related or married into Rothschilds..

The one was never listed at half a billion, or $500 million. It was originally listed at $295 million and ended up selling for a little under half of that at a $141 million sale price. Still, The One doesn't compare to this house. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of materials alone in this home alone blows The One out of the water. They're obviously different style homes, but it's hard to justify the price tag of $141 Million for The One, in my opinion.

This megamansion has what European mansions have... LIVABLE SPACE. A place with sensible rooms that you can actually live and have a family in. These concrete, glass & steel american McMansions on the other hand... They are cold, impersonal and the wind and sun goes straight through them. No design, no craftsmanship, no quality. THIS mansion has all that because its essentially just a copy of a French palace.

Everything about this listing is incredible. Very good views, good location, long private driveway, no neighbors around who can look into your property, you are on top of a hill, big space. Just a little renovation should be done bc at least thats not my kind of style the property interior has

Adam, you've really got to do something about the auto-brightness, most of these scenes are too dark to really see any detail because of the windows, which is a tremendous shame given how many times you're going to tour any given house... the once.
