Just noticed your channel. When I had to take a half, I used my pill box. Now I take 3-2-2. I've had Parkinson's for a little more than five years. I'm used to it now, it's part of everyday living. I've told people that simple tasks require Herculean effort, they don't understand. Thanks for sharing.

It does get old sorting pills! I know that feeling.

I dread when it’s time to sort the weekly pills. I’m on carbidopa/levodopa, mirapex, azilect, sertraline, B-12, a probiotic, magnesium, calcium, and omega 3 and I take melatonin at night to help me sleep!! I have to be alone to concentrate when I do it so I don’t make any mistakes. It takes a while to do, but it’s what gets me through the day! 👍😀

Hello Jessica, which meds are you taking? I’m taking levocarb 25/100 4XDAY Entacapone 4XDAY and Trazodone 1XDay Pramipexole for RLS 1XDay Diagnosed in 2019

I have a 7 day morning, noon, afternoon, evening pack and always hate the refill day. I take the following for PD 1-50/200, 2-25/100 in morning; 3-25/100 at noon/D-12/Alfuzosin; 3-25/100 at 5pm; 1-50/200/1-25/100/Trazadone to help sleep/Senna at bedtime. I also take a laundry list of other meds for heart/diabetes/cholesterol/thyroid

ughh…a lot of work. I often take my vitamins separate because I eat with them and not with my medicine.

how many levodopa 100mg pills do you take in the morning and the afternoon /evening ? what do take anything while sleeping?

That’s a mess of pills. Thankfully, I’m only on carbidopa/levodopa this point, i’m going to ask my MDS about any kind of supplements or vitamins she might recommend theat could help the symptoms, but I’ve been reluctant to add anything else to my repertoire at this point. K.I.S.S

When and how often do you take your iron pills and do you have any problems with interactions with your Carbidopa levodopa? I need to add a multivitamin with iron to my regimen but I am hearing that iron can block the effectiveness of my C/l medication.. it has been recommended that I take the iron at night 12 hours before I take my C/l the next morning. Have you had any problems with your iron tablets and C/L?
