These kind of games are really fun!! I believe the killer is Tom. Another camera man disappeared and Linda is murdered after being told by Tom that the door was unlocked and to run up front. The warehouse didn't go bankrupt, it was just an excuse to close the warehouse for the murders. Dark web murders would generate more money than the warehouse ever could. But that's just my theory......😉

My theory is that it was the news agency or team that were maybe past workers of the factory and which they needed somebody to die in that factory so nobody would dare to came back possibly. It may explain why the door closed the second Tom arrived. But who was that guy who captured Eric. And it makes it even more suspicous when we realize that the machines still worked even though it was all run down and there was signal around the facility which may have led to the fact that it was being live streamed on the dark web. And i remember there was a toolbox in one of the rooms and a bed which may have been either where the killer stayed or where they keep other victims for a while.
