on the inspire ft2 you mentioned you didnt like the starting position. can you elaborate on that please. Im deciding between ft2 and scs, it seems like scs has more natural smith machine feeing but the ft2 has multiple row pull height.

Yeah so for every exercise you have to start at the bottom portion of the movement, if you look at my ft2 videos you could see what I’m talking about

@@jcard959when you use scs for seated row, do you miss the ft2 multiple row hook height? Or is the scs is just fine with only lower 2 hooks.
