I don't know in other countries but I remember in the Philippines during my teenage years. The resurface of 60's and 70's gad were all over. I was used to wear bell bottom pants, bots, tie and die shirts or shirts with psychedelic prints trying to pull the "Bee Gees Look" and this songs and other similar songs.

I love this song...it still makes me move. This song/video, released in 1990, definitely has that retro feel. The rapper in the song/video is Q-tip from the 90's rap group, A Tribe Called Quest, of which he was a member and producer.
