I didn't realize that I was missing out on an element when driving. Adding nature to your driving is magic. This was not the only thing that surprised me when I tested out the 991 mk 2 Carrera GTS, the comfort struck me hard.

Great review. I'm still amazed how so many reviewers initially totally dismiss the convertibles, but then when they actually drive them they absolutely love them.

Convertibles are much better this day and many of us have a heritage that are not applicable today.

There's one other convertible option of course - the Targa. I hope you can test one some day. It might be hard to find a Targa GTS though, as these are very rare. Many thanks for another beautifully filmed video!

Hi Janko. Thanks for another good video. Would love to see you drive a 718 Boxster GTS back to back with one of these. I did that recently and found I liked the performance and handling of the Boxster better (than a Carrera S cabriolet with no rear axle steering). Also I didn’t think the Boxster has more wind noise. I find the responsiveness (turbo lag) to be better in the Boxster GTS as well... but having the back seats in the 911 is a plus.

Fantastic video as usual..just wondering the safety aspect in 911 convertible. I saw your head above the highest point of the seat. What could happen in case of a rollover? Anything I’m missing?

It depends on how you use your car. But in general, I would go for the Turbo. Please remember that the Turbo ownership cost is much higher.

Depends oh how you look at it but I would not put my child in the back seat and he is 11 years old. But it will give you extra space for your bags. Perhaps you would like to honour me with your subscription?

You make great videos! Can you just adjust the audio levels better: the music is much louder than your voice, forcing viewers to adjust the volume continuously.

Audio is one part where I struggle a lot. I started to produce videos January 2018 and learning every day. I will try to do my best. The problem is that you will have a different experience depending on wish gears you are using.

I agree,, all early 911 cab, first gen Panamara and Boxster especially were just plain ugly.... but Porsche is much more on top of its game these days they have all improved, "generally speaking" I always say never buy a Gen 1 Porsche of anything, a lot of things get fixed in the next release.

actually I do love your car. However, I love even more my 1999 996 Cabriolet , built in October 1998, w/ 2 row IMS. It's Analog. Doesn't have all the computer crap. The last pure Porsche. ever built ! 6 speed w/ a clutch is the only way to in a Porsche. PDK is for wimps..

Uhhhhhh, agree, we are lucky, don't know what an MC Donalds worker salary is in Sweden but I closer to the USA than Turkey.
