I highly recommend this protocol if you are medically able. It took me a couple of years getting use to the sauna and building myself up to do the protocol. Please do not give up on yourself. I am severely gadolinium toxic, and this protocol has improved some of my many symptoms and removes gadolinium as I did a stool test for gadolinium (the extremely toxic heavy metal used in contrast for MRI & MRA's.) My last MRI was 11/2015 and my last sauna using niacin protocol - 1/2022 my stool gadolinium level was high showing I am very toxic, and this protocol helps rid the body of gadolinium. There are many other toxins that can be making you sick. Please join the group - this may be your answer. Thank you, Dan for all you do.

Check out a compound called OSR which is a heavy metal chelator. It was developed by Dr Boyd Haley and removes mercury and other heavy metals. I think gadolinium too.

Thanks for sharing! Question: Hubby had an MRI in 2018 for a traumatic brain injury . Would you mind sharing the symptoms of gadolinium toxicity?

Can you do this if you are still breastfeeding?

Absolutely not. The risk of unburdening your xenobiotic load via breast milk is too great. Also, for those considering starting a family, this program is recommended to be done 2-4 months prior to conception.
