I really enjoy the documentary style videos. It gives us an opportunity to see professional windsurfing in a completely different light. Conditions aren’t always perfect, we’re not always pleased with our performance, and sometimes you just need a break. Great honest stuff!

Hi Nico, was ist mit Aloe Vera? Gibt es dort keine wild wachsenden Pflanzen? Ansonsten besorge Dir eine. Mit dem Mark (niemals die Haut nehmen) kann man gerade diese kleinen Wunden gut verschließen, auch große Blasen an den Händen stören dann nicht mehr. Für diese kleinen Wunden reicht ein Stück, so groß wie der Nagel eines kleinen Fingers! Und danach kannst Du Dir damit locker noch das Gesicht einreiben. Vermutlich werden Dir die Locals dabei weiter helfen können.

Winner with best overall Downhill and Slalom results. Has there ever been any interest at the PWA level for a "combined"? Race + Wave. Is there even an Overall World Cup Champion anymore? Guess should be just happy if the number of events increase.

Nice video. Fun to see a slalom kit out of El Cabezo. Love the passion you have for wavesailing. You’re good at it. A few double loops and you would be right there. I miss the time of bjorn and Robby where the real world champ would be good at slalom and wave.

Foot cuts are no joke. In a dumb moment I launched a bit underpowered and got swept by waves near the launch into some barnacle covered rock and cut my foot bad! Was sure I would need stitches and guess what, they said no, and just used medical superglue! Hah Great footage and editing as always man

Great video! I've been told by a shop that using a 145L board with a smaller sail (4-6) in stronger winds could result in too much lift from the fin and that the board would have too much volume? So for stronger winds using a smaller sail, I should get another smaller board, say 115 or 110L. However, I am at a low intermediate level. Such a small board will be too hard for me to stay on right now. I am 65kg, so a 145-160L board is good for me, for my weight and skill level at the moment. Surely, I can use a 4 or 5 sq m sail with a 145L board in stronger winds. Should I use a smaller fin? Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you!

Nico, nice video...but!!! the reason why windsurfing is not so popular as it should be is that in the videos is in 98 percent of the videos is not shown what you really see only what you see, you realy see and not even the super guy behind the camera. We know that you are it, beleave me. It is advertising for you!!! Show the world what we really see in our sport. This !!! will us bringmembers , buyers ,money , fans to our sport. I think then more people realize then ok, this is cool, amazing. This could be I am personally. Take your body while surfing a little bit out while the session, show us what you see. Success will be amazing. It is so sad that the sport is so little. For me unbeleavable. DC shoes : Top decision. I am impressed. Why not more skatewear like Emerica or ES usw. ...but ok. Shit Nico, superglue? Can’t be healthy. Have you tried Compeed in the past as a second skin? Don’t know if it survives intensive pro training but might be a better option. I used it in the past, sometimes it comes a bit loose in the water but it did the trick for me.
