That is nice that you are centrally located and can easily get around to where you need to go. B doesn't look like she is a morning person on the way to Ju Jitsu. Your apartment looks very nice.

Nice video guys. As vegan what supplements/ protein do you take? as a vegetarian i am taking multi vitamin and vitamin b and i mix a spoon of super greens in a fruit smoothie. still feeling sluggish and tired though. safe travels !

Thank you! We’ll use a plant based protein powders, a b12 (when we remember) and that’s kinda it, some magnesium for sleep/recovery. The main thing is we eat lots of food! Enough protein is a focus and then lots of calories 😋

@@tjandbtraveling great info. one idea for another vlog would be a chat about the easiest/toughest/most challenging things and places when travelling as vegan/plant based. lot of people tend think south east asian countries are tough to live for an extended amount of time because most dishes are meat or have fish sauce etc. safe travels!

We were expecting cheaper but we only had 2 weeks notice and because we wanted to stay so central it was our best option. There were studios in the same building for around 100 less
