@@mbooks5777 I know that. Everybody knows that. Including people who don't read the Bible and never read it in their lives. 😆 But just bcuz that's what's written in religion isn't proof that God is a he. It's just male gaslighting of the public, wiping out the true existence of women and nothing more. In fact, with the messed up ways that men have been behaving for thousands of years and counting, and the fact that women are the ones who gestate and birth human life into existence and get all of the important things done, I would not believe any man claiming that God is a he without proof. And there is none.

When they say that women just want the big beautiful wedding but they don't want the marriage itself, it also applies to many men too because godly people are in it for the Long Haul with each other and for the Lord! I am taking time to build a relationship with God, reading the bible and trying to find Fellowship in a church that tells the gospel like it is and I will never settle for an unbeliever ever again!

We need at minimum 10 million more black men like Shumake's way. For real! It's hard for us single women in Christ and I know for some men in Christ too to find a virtuous true woman in Christ. A guy comes after you then to find out he's fake, not walking in integrity or true Godliness. Not delivered from sin just maybe discplined in certain areas. Lord help us and keep us all even more until that Godly living man finds his wife and us be ready, waiting and praying for when we are found. In Jesus name! Hallelujah!

So many people don't know how to stay married. No one has taught them. People are pressured to be married but where are their mentors? I was taught to talk to people who can mentor me. Working with broken marriages and relationships with children, I can tell you that it is the children who suffer the most from our immature actions - children are our future and broken children are not likely to be good parents, so the cycle continues in our community and our community is falling apart as a result - we should focus on the greater good more often and not just our individual wants.

I completely agree with you. I remember the first time I learned about the 72 percent out-of-wedlock rate in the black community back in 2013, and it was truly disheartening to hear. In the US, the abortion rate for black children is the highest-so much brokenness 💔. What we truly need are more strong, self-disciplined, honorable men who lead with the guidance of God ✝️. Men who embody the virtues of protection, provision, and leadership that have been gifted to them. Simultaneously, we also need more virtuous women. God has blessed us with the ability to be nurtures, and exhibit meekness that demonstrates strength through humility. Both men and women are called to have servant hearts. ♥️

As the wonderful late Elisabeth Elliot says, “love gives up itself.” Marriage requires a complete commitment and selflessness towards another person. We are called to have a servant heart ♥️. God given us scripture for loving our spouse. Beside our marriage bed lies a lovely card inscribed with the scripture of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, serving as a constant reminder of love. “Love is patient, love it kind. I appreciate, you, this channel, and this message so very much. I am engaged and some major circumstances have come up that are beyond me and my man's control. I am with him and supporting him 100% through the dark times. I had dinner with a girlfriend and when she asked me about it, she then suggested I leave because I'm focusing so much on him even though he has no capacity to do the same. I was so disappointed and a bit hurt. Marriage is so much deeper than ego strokes and getting attention. It takes being selfless and committed no matter what. I feel so many people are more focused on the good times and how they feel as individuals. The thought of leaving the man I love while he is at his lowest just because he's unable to "give to me"... I just can't imagine. God gives us the obstacles so we have the option to come out better. God's way is the only way.

As I read your post I DID get a sinking feeling and your gf might well turn out to be right. Men, whilst taking advantage of your unwavering support, love, care and concern actually HATE the fact that you're seeing them at their lowest. It makes them feel emasculated. Their spouses are left for a woman who didn't know them at their worst and they can be a hero towards them. Of course marriage has different seasons and I understand that you won't want to leave at the first hurdle. Your man might well be different and appreciate all that you're helping him with, but you should bear what I've said here in mind and maybe hold back a bit about supporting him through these "dark times". You might want to ask yourself if he would do the same for you.

I understand what you mean and I wouldn’t necessarily just say to leave. You know your partner and his capabilities. However, I was once in a situation like this and after 3 years, I HAD to leave because nothing is worth my or my child’s peace and stability. Yes, be dedicated to your marriage but also have boundaries. I think that’s the issue a lot of women face is knowing when enough is enough. You have your life…some men tend to sit in things for a long time and as long as you’re there as a security blanket, they will continue to sit in that state knowing you’re not going to leave. You can support and love someone from a distance if that’s the case. But again, you know your husband.

I just do not get this mentality, but part of the problem is that society makes it seem as though people are defective if they are single and don't have children. A partner/child is not an accessory to discard when we get tired of them. We have to get out of this just dating for dating sake and think about the people we give our time and energy to.

Jesus never married or had children..... Freeing him up to do all kinds of miraculous things. I highly doubt the person that cues cancer is going to do so while juggling a spouse and new born triplets..... Heck, they barely have time to visit their mom in the nursing home. The childless and marriage less are almost required to do something brilliant lolol if birth control hadn't completely failed me, giving me 5 kids I never wanted(their great though, my daughter might cure cancer!) If I had stayed single and career driven I could have saved the entire K&12 education system..... That actually wouldn't leave children behind.... And rocket launch the obviously talented, gifted and ambitious students into college courses by age 14.

@fitnessen2860 you're right, you can... however, if the person who cheated wants to reconcile, the other person's heart posture should be on forgiveness and reconciliation. @neothe1825 27 күн бұрын
@GHO5tMod3 I agree that no one wants a disease, or another child being brought outside of the marriage, etc... that would absolutely suck!lol However, where we fail.. especially us men, is that we don't choose to put our beliefs and our commitments towards those beliefs over our personal happiness and selfish desires. Hence, in part, the reason the world is the way it is today. If God gives us unconditional love, regardless of our sins, as long as we are willing to repent.. then why should those (especially Christians) not reflect this method? Marriage is a reflection of Christ! I agree that separation and boundaries are necessary (like getting an std test etc) should someone keep wanting to live within that sin and not want to change... but it's a vow and a commitment.. that spreads beyond yourself and what YOU want. The bible isn't about YOU but about humanity reclaiming its relationship with God. I'm not a Christian, btw lol... Ironically, I just have a fascination with the bible 😅.

When a person (not the commenter, the woman in the video) is this selfish and doesn't think about the other person's needs, they shouldn't get married. That woman isn't mature enough to be in a relationship. A mature woman understands that a relationship and marriage requires sacrifice, and the same can be said for emotionally mature men. Marriage is a partnership between two good people who are compatible and share solid values and respect and care for each other. This is the ideal situation to bring forth children into. Also, both parties need to be selfless enough to sacrifice time, resources, effort, love, and care for the children and for each other. It cannot be a one sided thing. From what I grew up with, the men in my family sacrificed all of this for the family. Same was expected from the women. If I meet a man who expects me to sacrifice but refuses to give just as much as he expects from me, I refuse to be around him. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I see today, so I refuse to date anyone outright period. Too many pretenders, especially psychopathic ones.

Thank you for the sound biblical content you put out, it is much appreciated! I agree that divorce has been too common for the wrong reasons and a lot of people give up too soon. My question is what do you do if your partner is not committed to the marriage the way you are. What if they know you hate divorce and take advantage of that to not be an active participant in solving the problems, and leave it all to you. Is that sufficient grounds for divorce?

You have to understand that that's her experience, just as you believe that you missed out on so much and parents should stay together, that is your experience. I was married and it wasn't healthy, and my children suffered because of the unhealthyness of that union. So just remember there's always a flip side of a coin. But the most important thing for people to remember is to be equally yoked and of like minds with whoever you marry. The problem is you have so many people who wants to get married for namesake and for title and they really don't know who they're marrying and they end up with STD', bad credit, completely ripped off financially, impregnated just for the sake of being attached to this person for life and sometimes it ends in death. So no I don't agree that for the sake of the kids parents should stay together. You can raise God fearing children in separate households. You're parents didn't get it right and that's ok, you just make sure you raise yours to do so. But don't shame a woman for what she was forced to see by the people that was around her. I regret staying with my ex husband and from that I'm suffering with a broken L5 and im constantly in pain from that.

Tony is incorrect about single people not being "qualified." God qualifies you not man (human). You have married heathens. You have single people with rhe holy spirit. Anyone who operates in the Holy Spirit can advise because our wisdom comes from Gods word, not our own understanding. So anyone leqding you to Gods word and advising from Gods word is qualified to advise. God takes the unqualified and makes them qualified. Most of the issues are what single people also go through...its our flesh. Selfishness, lust, etc. Things we must fight against married or not. Everything else I 💯 agree with!

Marriage as it is defined today does need to phase out. 💯. But the Covenant of man and woman for lifetime under God together, never needs to go out. God’s word and promises never change so neither should His definition of the Covenant of Man clinging to his wife. “ For a man shall leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife and they shall become One.” Genesis 2:24.

@@renatafnedab3003 God's so-called word in religion is exactly what needs to phase out. 😆 In fact, the etymology of the word wife means slave. A man's personal slave. Even the creation of Eve was nothing but an afterthought to keep Adam company and be his helper. And don't forget that the Bible also told slaves to obey their masters. The Bible advised or commanded a lot of wrongdoing to be obeyed as the word of God. And the word cleave means to split something apart. So saying to cleave to his wife is saying split to his wife. Which would explain why men had multiple wives. 😆

39:09 - 39:27 ... *That's false... No where in the bible does it say that infidelity, or abuse, is an allowance for divorce! You, and people, completely made that up!* Luke 16:18 *"18 Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery."* *So many more scriptures confirm this.* *This is the only allowance for divorce: A woman not bleeding; during consummation/sex, with her husband; because of her hymen being pierced, previously. Fornication is sex before marriage.* *There are so many scriptures on marriage. Yah/God says that He hates divorce. This is how much. (Malachi **2:15**-16)*

🟢 if he /she has sex with anyone,we can. Now if he/ she beat on us we can separate but we can not marry anyone else. Is that what you are saying?
