Dog days are the season to eat mushroom!
I walked around the mountains several times in the past few days.
Didn't find a single mushroom.
Who would have thought that it was in the garden at the door of the house.
There are many, many mushroom.
Pick them all up, and the mushroom oil must be arranged.
After a delay of half a day, the fresh and tender mushroom opened the umbrella handle.
But it doesn't affect the taste, the mushroom soup is still fresh, hehe! ! !
三伏天就是吃雞樅的季節呀！
前幾天在大山裡轉了好幾回。
都沒有找到一朵雞樅菌。
誰能想到就在家門口的花園裡。
長了好多好多的雞樅。
統統撿回來，雞樅油必須安排上。
耽擱了小半天，鮮嫩的雞樅打開了傘柄。
不過不影響味道，雞樅菌雞湯照樣鮮，嘻嘻！！！

我20多歲時曾拔過,我直接炒熟吃才鮮甜嫩不用味素或雞精白糖,只要塩調味就行,只拔一次就沒了,因為台灣都噴殺草劑,都不長了,我已经30多年沒吃了,看大陸人有雞樅菌可吃流口水了。

李璋柳小姐姐和妹妹小姐姐採擷的野生蕈菇(菌菇),是雞樅菌(菇), 我自己也在山上採擷過,味道極好,遠勝過人工栽培的香菇. 我不曾聽過人工栽培的樅菌(菇)(或許有, 是我孤陋寡聞), 野生的樅菌(菇)總在雨後出現在密林深處的樹腳下, 是上天恩賜的人間美味.😀

we also have that here in Philippines and we usually cook it with bitter gourd leaves... boil water add mushrooms and salt to taste then lastly the leaves.. you must try it its good.
