Did you know that bread with flax seeds is very useful?
Because small crispy flax seeds contain a huge amount of useful elements.

Ingredients:
800 g of wheat flour
200 g whole wheat flour
200 g of active starter culture
15 g of salt
50 g vegetable oil
2 tbsp.l.flax seeds

Looks good. Is it safe to bake , heat flaxseeds? I see you have soaked them first?? I haven't checked Google yet. Did you bake it in a Dutch oven? Liked and subscribed.

Yes, that's right. It is advisable to pre-soak the flaxseed for 8 hours, otherwise it will take moisture from the dough. Flax seeds are often used in baking bread, they are very useful, contribute to good intestinal function. But it also has contraindications. This applies to some chronic diseases. I always use a roaster when baking bread. And I bake the first 20 minutes with the lid closed. This contributes to the maximum lifting of bread due to the formation of steam.
