I’ve done a 40hr crash course, and now with a new instructor, he said I’m test ready but I need to approach junctions slower, so it’s not just you, Josh! 😂 Good luck mate!

Hi Pin, would love to say big thank you to you. I initially took just 10 hours of driving lessons with an instructor, but then I made the decision to purchase your Ultimate Driving Course. I must say it has proven to be more beneficial than my time with the instructor, and it ended up saving me money. I also watched your KZfaq vdo every single nights up to my test date.I successfully passed my driving test on my first attempt this past Monday. I want to thank you once again, and I will continue to following your channel for more insights and tips. :D

I remember basic junctions being my most stressful lesson where I felt like I had so much to learn. I'm definitely not an amazing or natural driver but now I do them incredibly easy. Just made me realise how stressful that period of learning is! Only thing left for me now is slowing down more effectively at roundabouts, mainly big multi lane ones lol

i understand why Pin teaches the way he does and i'm sure it probably works for most people but there's no way in hell it would have worked for me damn 😂😂 so glad my instructor is a lot more laidback, when he gives me instructions its so much more gentle lol and there's a lot more time to think

Anyone still learning, take this advice. everyone can operate a vehicle but not all will understand the roads. It is your responsibility to understand them. Failing a test is important, remember what you messed up or what you struggle with and work on it. Avoid lessons with parents or friends, they mean well but the whole "I love you but don't kill us" thing puts too much stress on you as a driver when you're learning. Also, instructor vehicles have a clutch and brake their side too... so they have some control over your safety too. Finally, watch this channel for clear advice and real life scenarios explained. Really good learning, even though I've passed, I can still learn. Stay safe out there

I think you should teach him to start unwinding the steering AS he begins to straighten, not after he is straight. As it is right now, he's having to rush with the steering after turning.

My father always gets extremely angry at me when I drive and park close to the curb and cars and now watching Pin's teachings help me a lot to calm down my dad lol. I would want to know if there is specific easy method to determine if you are away from the curb when you park besides looking at mirror

Use a reference on your bonnet. Like the pointy thing where the wipers cross. Or put a sticker and line up the same every time.

Find a reference point in the windshield/upper dash where the curb comes in when you are parked perfectly and aim for that spot when you park up, with me it was one of the holes on the windscreen wiper arm.

@@brazen1-gf6mm My problem is that as if I don't have any time to pay attention to something that is going to help me park near the curb. When I steer, I immediately look at mirror and try adjust it. But i will do my best to try

Either the wheel needs moving closer or the backrest more upright - either way his arms are too straight when his back is against the chair. Hes naturally realising hes too far away by leaning forward which is probably so uncomfortable.

Why is Pin not telling him to come out of the turn sooner. He turns left and then has to do a massive jerk on the steering wheel to straighten up every time.

Pin is an elite instructor but personally when I'm trying to grasp a new skill there's only so much information I can process. Does anyone else find this true? Obviously it's important to know things like if you're steering to far left when changing gears but my head would spontaneously combust with all the extra input "You're steering too far left when changing gears, off the break, off the break, off the break I said off the break, not on the break" 😵‍💫🫨🤯 Too much.

It’s like this at the start of lessons I remember my first few lessons were like this, eventually over time you get better, you become more skilled you need less instructions , so it’s fine, instructors can’t just sit there silently lol otherwise you will crash , you can’t grasp a skill without guidance especially when driving

Watching him not feed the wheel through his hands and jerk the wheel crossing his arms every time he turns a corner is so frustrating!!! That's day one driving lesson rules. My instructor would have torn me an new one if was doing that.
