I'm 19!!!! 1 year away from 20, 10 years away from 30, and 20 years away from 50...wow. My 5th grade self is in awe that time is real and you actually do get older some day. ahh, congrats on turning 19! i just turned 19 in july and i can definitely relate with how scared i was to be getting older. but then i just think about how i can better myself even more over the years and i get really happy :) (plus i’m really looking forward to being a cool, badass, lesbian grandma and absolutely spoiling anyone i come into contact with. those will be happy years)

Dude, I love my birthday! I do whatever I want on that day. Sometimes it’s get-together and celebrating and sometimes it’s just chillin at home. There are people that I loved dearly that aren’t here anymore so I just try to remember I’ve been fortunate enough to have another year on this crazy whacked out planet. My birthday is the one guaranteed day I try to be extra kind to myself. No thinking how I didn’t achieve something or how others my age have done more. Happy Birthday Anja!
