To prepare three servings, you'll need:
Patties:
Breadcrumbs - 1 oz (30g)
Milk - 3.4 fl oz (100ml)
Onion - 1 medium-sized onion
Ground meat - 14 oz (400g).
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Topping for the patties:
Cheese - 2.65 oz (75g)
Parsley
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 4 cloves
Potatoes:
Potatoes - 4 medium-sized potatoes or about 12.35 oz [350g)
Olive oil - 1 fl oz (30ml)
Dried dill - 1 teaspoon
Cutlets
Soak breadcrumbs in milk and let them sit for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion. Add salt and black pepper to the minced meat, I used a mix of pork and beef. Add the onion and soaked breadcrumbs. Mix the minced meat well.
Potatoes
Cut medium-sized potatoes into wedges. Add olive oil, salt, dry dill, or other seasoning to taste.
Topping for the cutlets
Grate the cheese. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise, garlic, and finely chopped parsley to the cheese. Mix everything well.
Shape baking paper measuring 7.87 x 11.81 inches (20 x 30 cm) into boat-shaped molds. Form a cutlet from the minced meat. Place the cutlet in the boat alongside the potatoes. Make a hollow in the cutlet and fill it with the cheese mixture. Bake in the oven at 356°F (180°C) for 45 minutes. Very juicy cutlets are ready.
