Les, local lad. Did a good job under difficult circumstances. Then moved on like a real man. No shame in that. Hold your head up high. U RRRs!!!

I've criticised some of the decisions made but he's always had the clubs best interest at heart. I think it has run its course and it was time for him to go but its still kinda sad to see him go like this.

To me Les was one of the main reasons I got hooked on going to Loftus Road , we have had many great players , over the years , but for me he will always be my number 1 , I have met him a couple of times when I was younger and he was always a really nice down to earth guy , so for me Some of the abuse he has received has been disgusting , the guys a legend and should be treated with the respect earned as a player , I think he has been made to take the blame for mistakes by the board . Good luck Les .

This man was my idol when I was a kid. When I was 10, I was at a signing, and while queuing up for his autograph, we had to leave before reaching the front of the queue. 😭 12 years later, I met him, and he was an absolute gentleman. They say you should never meet your heroes, but Les Ferdinand was everything you could hope for. He is the Superist of Hoops. An absolute legend. So sad to see you go. Sir Les, you will always be in our hearts! 🫡 All the best. ❤

For me Les was getting better and better, the appointment of Mark Warburton was good , Mick Beale good, Neil Critchley on paper good, Gareth Ainsworth choosen by the owners, after seeing the awful players GA wanted,Les felt he had no choice but to resign ,we want players that improve the squad, not turns us into a mordern day Wimbledon of the lower division's

Even when leaving he didn’t take any accountability for the decisions he made that have harmed the club, as a player he was great. But as a DOF he has severely dented that image.

🐝💤 are gutted he’s going. But we still have Ainsworth, to bring us pleasure…..

Hopefully we start signing backroom staff that are the best for the job, and not the first Asian woman coach, or managers just cos they’re black. Les was moaning about there not being enough black managers, and that’s why Ramsey and Hasslebaink were hired. That’s not what’s best for QPR! That’s racist hiring practices, and not what’s best for QPR. What’s best for QPR is hiring the best manager, regardless of their skin colour!

Agree. I worry that we may soon be making the exact same comment about Gareth.

We have a couple of real optimists here 🤷‍♂️. Of course you know better and would have Rangers in the PL by now. Fickle fans. 😳

Should've been sacked at least 5 years ago. Has barely moved the club forward in any conceivable way. One of our greatest ever players, but his stint as DOF was an unmitigated failure.
Is Ainsworth's time almost up? And would you have Beale back at QPR?
