I'm a Utah born kid and I used to play for the rsl academy in herriman when I was 12 and now I'm 14 and I got released due to my knee issues and behavior, but this video inspires me to follow my dreams of being a footballer cheers!

Great video... big fan of the bands before hand and the lift after. Maybe make a part 2 full training day with an upper body series you guys work on? Anyway, I was wondering if this was more of a preseason session, as it seemed like a pretty heavy work day. I struggle a lot with overtraining so was wondering if you were taking an off day and or recovery session the next day, because if I know when I do two a days a couple days in a row I get very beat up, and my performance goes down. Maybe that could be another topic for a video as well. Just trying to learn and would appreciate a tip or trick from you. As always keep up the great content
