I definitely feel more confident in my climbing since doing KZfaq a bit more seriously - I've learned some great stuff from some super talented climbers. Definitely still working on my confidence to really go for things though. :)

Great to hear! Really glad you can see it in my climbing. I always forget to think too haha. I've found that doing some drills early into my session helps to ingrain it as a pattern for the rest of my session. :)

That’s exciting! I do have a few tips for starting out, but I guess it depends on what your goals are. If you’re aiming to really establish yourself as a climbing KZfaqr, take a more business minded approach. If it’s just for fun, it doesn’t have to be so serious! Just enjoy it. My tips for creating videos that people find and watch though are: 1. Do some research. Head to your favourite climbing content creators channels and have a snoop around - see if there’s any patterns or video titles that seem to perform well and see if you can add your own spin on those concepts. Also, keep in mind trending topics and see if you can add to those. 2. Pay attention to your titles, descriptions and tags. Try and make them detailed and keyword heavy! 3. Be prepared for a slow start: your first couple of thousand subscribers will be the slowest as you build a relationship within your audience and establish with the algorithm. It can feel discouraging putting so much work in, but stick with it. 4. Be consistent! If you commit to trying to get a video out once a week or once every fortnight and stick to that consistently, you’ll build a stable expectation from your audience and KZfaq as a platform! 5. Engage with your audience. Make it a two way relationship; reply to comments and value feedback and input from the people watching your videos! Good luck with it!

It’s an American thing. If you watch Frozen they say the same thing.

I’ve heard it both ways. “Ah-na” like in Frozen. And then also like Hannah without the H. I think it just sounds like “Arna” because that’s Hannah’s accent.

I had to do a double take on this. Curious as to why.
