This is an excellent interview with Peter Diamandis. I truly appreciate all of the cutting edge technology that he is helping to bring to the marketplace. Most of us would be unaware of these advances if it weren’t for podcasts like this. Thank you, Ed! You may want to look into having Rick Martin from MicroGen DX on your podcast in the near future. MicroGen DX has cutting edge NGS technology for infections which is the future of healthcare.

Hi Ed, thanks for your shows. My son and I really enjoy them so I was trying to comment on the Google podcast, just came out about sex, you guys dug into a lot of other great topics, but I couldn't figure out how. I figure you and Dr. Demondas both are talking about how to help people with less finances get these important health test , so more people could get tested and it wasn't just for the wealthy. What about the two of you put money together and every city at convenient locations as I drive a semi truck. People could stop in this booth or equipment could quickly, Measures that you have not had alcohol in the last 30 days? Or whatever is affordable. Test point being people that aren't drinking alcohol poisoning their bodies with sugar, right? You're doing all the right health diet. Then you will get free testing, Step one free testing and then you haven't had your sugar, your levels are low. You're in ketosis level 2 free testing. You two put a bunch of money in you get the stay. You get other companies funding this and basically what it's if you come in, you're eating healthy. You're not drinking alcohol. We're going to help you test and then you would give away free testing than anybody that if it once a week you come in and get tested once a month every 90 days. Whatever the curriculum is you'll get the free MRI scan and then there could be even profit sharing right? Like someone like me I could drive more if I can figure out what the heck. I'm joined some keto clubs. I've done blood tests. I still can't seem to get things done more than 4 days a week. I wind up getting stressed out so I just drive 4 days a week. Even though I have enough hours I can literally drive 6 days a week but I'm done it four days. I'm 58. Anyways, if your guys's testing would help my performance I can up my income then a percentage of that right? All your money, your tax breaks. You guys show how I can donate get tax right offs all this

I love this content, Ed, but I wonder how many North Americans will be able to afford the benefits that you and Peter can. Also, it's a matter of education. Poor nutrition dulls minds and bodies. Our culture, no matter how optimistic a person is (and I find this interview a refreshing respite from doom and gloom reporting, so thank you) the realist in us all must come to grips with the fact that, perhaps, longevity may be a benefit for those with not only expendable income, but those who have been taught that it's even possible. Those, like me, who listen to your podcasts and benefit from them...those of us who have access to some form of universal health care and have enough money in the ole account to purchase healthy food and many of the health services of which you speak, unfortunately aren't the majority...those who are still slogging in the trenches with limited (sometimes nonexistent resources) with which to live in a manner that promotes longevity. Let's scale longevity education beginning in schools and provide more affordable health care (consider the Costa Rica model), that's my offering as a solution.

You're definitely circling around the main topic here. And it is the disparity between classes of humans. And, it is intentional. There is an agenda to separate the wealthy and the rest of us. The engine that drove America's Prosperity, which was the middle class btw, is not needed nor wanted by the elites anymore. In my humble opinion. Although I believe that the evidence supports it. They give a lot of lip service to words like equity and sustainable development.. but just the opposite is true. Our world is not what we think it is However, we are much more than we suppose ourselves to be! Break free or die trying ❤

The mind occupies a very small part of the brain, so a full brain simulation is not necessary for a mind upload. If you simulate the brain, it won't do anything because the brain is supported by the peripheral nervous system, so you may need to simulate the entire body.

It will be soon enough that 60 year Olds will be as 20 year Olds it's not technically technology per say that will allow this it will merely aid in such things its really exciting and also extremely controversial, the more I understand from the scientists and how they talk about longevity the more it makes sense although these concepts will not be accepted by the majority I know this for a fact human nature, even the very thought of extending life by 70 years would be an unimaginable breakthrough

The US is in the middle of a health crisis. Today people ages 25 to 44 saw a nearly 30% increase in heart attack deaths. Today new cases of cancer rates are ticking upwards-from 1.9 million in 2022 to over 2 million in 2023. More of those new cases involve younger people. Science and the world have failed young people. Doctors are not incentivized to cure people . Hospitals like repeat customers. Hospitals like to up sell their services. 1) There will be the AI that helps humanity. But, not all humanity. 2). There will be predatory conduct by capitalist AI. 3) The fairplay capitalist AI. 4) And there will be the anarchist AI. Humans occupy a living organism called Earth. Earth is the last living planet in this solar system. We don't want to get to a point of no return. We don't have a backup planet, in this solar system, to transition to.

Regarding the comment 26 minutes into the podcast hear about overpopulation if for life expectancy is really expended. This is beginning to happen at the same time that everybody is panicking about very low birth rates. It may very well be the radical life extension just simply comes in time to stabilize the populations of a lot of the advanced Nations that are experiencing very very low birthrate s

Im really interested in how robots will make a human live longer? One doesnt believe they will become half robot? How does a machine designed by humans make a human live longer? Lol. There is no way to merge consciousness onto a computer. I used to believe all this humans will never grow old stuff in my thirties. Since so many loved ones have died in the past six years, I now know I will die also. The years go by exponentially fast, and time runs out very quickly. Ive been following staying young for over twenty years, with the likes of DR. Bill Andrews who was supposed to have a full age reversal pill over ten years ago. Lol. Betty White would be 24 again. To the likes of Aubrey Degray, who said humans will live 1000 years, never happened, and hes still yapping about it. To the likes of David Sinclair, who hasnt reversed a single aspect of the aging process. Now eith so many people already gone, and the wars and evil in the World. At this point for me I dont care. What Scientists need to do is Cure Cancer. If Scientists cant even regrow a single small bald spot, then living another fifty years after seventy in a good body is laughable. Just enjoy the years God has given you, because life is extremely short, and we will never merge with computers. " Time is precious, yes it' s true. A wasted moment never returns to you. A passing day spent leisurely, turns into years, it seems. And all the years that have passed you by can never be redeemed . ".
