Oh, my. I just made this, but without frosting it, and it is SO good! I might even cut down the sugar and butter a little bit as it is very rich. It is buttery, and a little crunchy, and would be great with vanilla ice cream! It is too much for one person though, and especially for a compulsive eater. I either need to cut the recipe in half, or wait until I can share it with someone. I know, I know, I could try freezing it. But I know me, and that won't stop me from binging on it. It would also be good with a little fruit in it, maybe pieces of apple? Or raisins? I also put more cinnamon in than was called for. It really satisfied my cinnamon craving. Pardon me, I need to go have a sugar nap now. Thank you for this!

Gemma I have been baking for years but I have learned so much from you with microwave mug meals and 3 ingredient cookies and ice cream and frozen yogurt I have a dough recipe for but rolls that instead of yeast or baking soda or baking powder I use white vinegar and for years it has been fool proof but I thank you for your alternatives
