All he has to do is show the court this video. And it demonstrates that she 1. Lied to the court about his character. 2. She is the one with bad character. 3. What else has she lied about? It would work in his favor most likely.

But it is also true that there are a significant number of people who are abusing the welfare systems among others who are completely undeserving of them and put key systems at risk for those who really are in need of them. Attempts to so much as discuss how to improve the systems to reduce abuse are immediately attacked and the conversation shut down.

This is especially hard for me to watch because it happened to me too. I showed up to baby mommas house with gifts in hand and I knocked on the door, her mom opened the door and I just said good morning. She replied with “oh...it’s you” then she calls baby momma over AND then she realized she didn’t say good morning to me and then forcefully said it. Baby momma comes to the door and says “what do you want” I just told her I was there to give presents to my baby and she said “take them, he doesn’t need them, he doesn’t need anything from you” I replied with “I don’t care if he needs them or not I’m here to give my baby his presents” after that she just said “leave them there I don’t care let someone else take them, I’m going to close the door now” I told her I’d leave them outside her door if she wanted to take them they’re there. She then slammed the door shut and I took a picture of the gifts outside her door and left.

This behavior is unacceptable and is most likely explicitly forbidden in their custody agreement unless they divorced for like domestic violence or something.
