in my 20s here! something that helped me would be journaling it helped me put all my thoughts down and express how i was really feeling! i try to go for journals with built in prompts so i could answer them

I love giving compliments! When I was little I thought to myself “why do I tend to be so mean and unhappy” so I rote in my notebook that I want to give 3 or more compliments a dad. so now I don’t hesitate to do so. if I see new shoes that I like hey I like your shoes I love the smiles I get.

The biggest tip I will tell my teenage self is to wear sunscreen! It doesn't matter what your skin colour is, or that you "don't burn". Sunscreen will keep your skin looking young for much longer, it will also save your life from skin cancer, which is one of the biggest cause of death that can be preventable. Remember: you can get skin cancer even if you have dark skin/ I used to not bother to wear sunscreen unless I'm outside for prolonged amount of time or doing exercise, but you should be wearing it everyday. It should be part of your morning skincare routine even if it looks cloudy outside. You should have a small bottle in your bag so you can reapply every once in a while even when you're in school. If you are outdoor a lot or do outdoor sports, get something that's stronger. There are many sunscreens out there that feels like a lotion and isn't sticky at all. If you want good skin, wear sunscreen. It's more important than any other fancy skincare products you can buy.

The problem is that i always try to do self positive talk but it just doesn't work. I always try to not focus on my flaws and weaknesses but i fail to do it so, i don't feel anything good about me, no matter how many times i try but always end up trying to be someone else i have just gave up.

It sounds like the problem is that you don't know yourself. If you know yourself and love yourself you will not try to change. My suggestion is to sit down and answer some questions about yourself as if you are in an interview. Then try to establish what you like and don't like and how to improve that. U can also watch my first video which covers that topic.

it is totally normal, swelling of the face can be reversed by ice rollers they are a skin care product, it reduces swelling and hydrates skin, you can do it every morning to reduce swelling, this is totally normal.....

Aesthetes Archive and Obakie are one of the few KZfaqrs that will actually answer your questions on what they use to edit. One time Aesthetes Archive wrote a whole paragraph for a girl asking for period tips. I love Tipzzcore but Aesthetes Archive is definitely one of my fave KZfaqrs out there they are definitely underrated.

I am 15 going on 16 in a couple of months. Expressing my feelings to others in person and social media has been a struggle for me, since I have always wanted to feel free to express my feelings. However anytime I do, I always overthink and say things to myself like: "She's going to think im extra," "I should wait until they're done talking," "It will be awkward." And the PANIC I feel is a lot and therefore I just keep quiet. After watching this video, I can now say that its OKAY to feel awkward, its OKAY to speak out of turn in regular conversations because they will see the confidence I have. And that its OKAY to feel worry or panic just because all the attention goes to you. You may to be used to that, but it's a sign of improvement. This video helped me realize a lot more about myself other than just self-express. I have a lot more to learn. Thank you, @tipzzcore. I really, really appreciate this.
