But in Sri Lanka traditionally we don't consider coconut oil as unhealthy at all. But there are ways people can make the most healthy thing to be the most unhealthy thing in modern days. As I know most of the traditional food in Sri Lanka contains coconut oil as a main ingredient but still no stories of people getting fat and having cholesterol problems in the past.
