There is nothing special about this 1:24 shot on first time you see it. But then ypu fimd something really unnerving about this scene. As Alfred puts time in sewing off the head. Muscels, bones, arteries, veins. He could`ve stopped any moment and try to salvage this, but he finished it. Its scary in a beautiful way.
