Awesome vid! It's cool to see A.I. learning applied in such a visual manner. I wonder how well A.I. would adapt to a set of controls and environment similar to Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy.

That would be very cool to see! An environment such as that and those controls may make the neural network take a while to learn, but it would be very cool. I may work on that in my spare time. Really cool idea! 😁

You could hack the game to get inputs from ray casts and angle of the hammer and other stuff but evaluating a good fitness function would be the hardest part, probably setting up checkpoints around the map and giving the ai fitness for passing them would work still a very complex task though
