A knot instead of a safety pin and a swivel /Rapala knot

4 ай бұрынIf you forgot the safety pin or don't want to use it, use the "Rapala" super knot. Thanks to it, especially small lures will not lose freedom of movement.

I tie with 2 or 3 wraps without the extra lead going thru the loop a second time and never had a failure. You made the knot more complicated than it needed to be. Try again.

Your right , he did it trying to mask a loop knot . Also three raps is plenty , I never had one slip or pull out in over thirty years of fishing .

The loop is too big. The forward hook will catch on it.
