Smart move 👌 family farm? U can always rent the other 8.5 acres to give u the 12.5 acre holding for ag permitted development rights

I bought 2 acre woodland. Just got a touring caravan! Obviously it's for tool storage 😉. I don't live there yet so that helps my claim lol

All this rural life malarkey is in large part simply a reflection of the UK's STRUCTURAL HOUSING CRISIS that won't be resolved anytime soon! UK HOUSING COSTS represent very poor value when compared globally. Unless, like a vegetable, you feel absolutely tied/committed to the UK no matter what and will never leave most of us under around 40/45 would be much, much better off skilling up, possibly working remotely online and shipping out to somewhere a good deal more affordable! But do get expert visa and tax planning advice before making any critical decisions or things could very quickly get very "sticky"!
