I'm looking for land for a while mainly online. 17 acres for 68K even 5 years ago was the deal of the decade! Well done Sir! With the improvement and investment what you have done, you deserve every square inch of that land!

Nice to see your getting there, myself i watch Farmer for fun via youtube he sells old dilapidated properties in portugal, were the weather in Winter is much better, may be a summer property here and winter farm in Portugal, that bus would have been nice to help with, but sadly some little kid driving a 3.5 ton Asda food delivery van, drove through me whilst i was stationary, him on an angle without hitting his brakes, that was four months ago, still knackered.

Just followed the national rules and got the right planning consultants to help with the paperwork, councils are a law to themselves 🤣🤣

What about buying woodland? Is it much harder to build in Plus guess you'd need a surveyor and specialist measures to watch out for landslides? Much harder to get any planning permissions. Almost impossible in woodland

Im in kent atm seen some land in sussex with a cpl of buildings on it 400k!!! I have 300k equity in my house would like something suffolk/somerset/sussex. Happy to go full solar /log burners rayburns

I think if you look abit further a field you could keep the house and refinance it and rent it out then use lump sum to buy land and do your thing

@@PrettyGreenMonkthe buildings on it is what’s making it expensive most likely.. buildings over 13 years old can be converted into dwellings. Plus Kent is south east & very close to London.. never going to be cheap
