The government should assist factory operators to increase the production capacity of modern chicken farms and slaughterhouses to 400 million chickens a year and reduce or ban open grazing.

Factory farming creates a large amount of stress on the birds. Perhaps, you might consider free range?

Guys these chickens are not happy chickens. I would not eat the meat that comes from such farm. Some kind of intensives is required to help farmers be free range chicken growers.
