This is why I love working in this industry, The confidence of the young lad to have a go in front of camera and lads, the banter towards him in a nice way and the bloke guiding him through each step and reassuring him! Bloody love it lads good to see!

Fair play to the hod carrier for ignoring the camera and being nice to the young'un, knowing that he's got a heavy load on his shoulder that he isn't used to and that could potentially hurt him.

Is there something you added to the muck to make it that way. Something so it doesn’t freeze as easily or something?

Put the last 2 bricks frog down helps when you put the hod down plus you can flick the hod from the ground to your shoulder

Great video Chaz . Tell your expert hod carrier if he’s teaching young lads how to do things to get it right in the first place . Stand the hod upright to load it . The handle is too short and put four bricks in at one go why way they are stacked But great videos and great team Charlie it’s not a moan Charlie
